WHAT IS HO'OPONOPONO?

Ho‘oponopono is traditional Hawaiian work centred on forgiveness, responsibility, communication, and restoring balance where something has shifted.

This work addresses burdens, conflict, strained relationships, unresolved matters, personal difficulty, and situations requiring direct reconciliation.

The work may take place one-on-one, with families, or within groups depending on what is being addressed.
